  • Call for Volunteers to Run racing and Crew Safety Boats

    As the government has now eased the lockdown to permit club racing* we are looking to cautiously restart our racing program. To facilitate this we need volunteer OODs and safety boat crews. To enable social distancing while running races we have reduced the OOD team to just two people and simplified the way races are run.     Novice & Casual Race Day 4 July Report

    What a fantastic way to start this years Novice/ Casual racing, although I'm not sure all the competitors were thinking it was such a good idea as they arriving at the line in a howling gale. Considering the conditions the attrition rate was very low, and most people stayed for the whole event, but there was a great deal of relief as we called it a day after the third race.
