    The Legendary Speed Week (Fortnight) Report and Results

    Chris Cleland reports: Hey everyone, thank you sooo much for participating in speedweek once again. Over a 2 week window we had very little wind so it was difficult for people to participate, but even so some great speeds were still achieved. The biggest change has been the speed of the foils compared to last year, they are getting very quick. And the scores on the doors:

    Results & Race Report - The Final Novice & Casual Racing Of 2023

    Series Results And Summary The final results for the Novice/Casual series are here. This year's Novice fleet was incredibly competitive, with Geoff Edwards just coming out slightly ahead of Pao Feng. They were way ahead of the third place boat of Geoff's dad, Derek. In fourth place was Mike Homewood, who may have made the top three had he not had an enjoyable day's doublehanded

  • Feva events at OSC: Nov. & Dec

    MCS is running a Feva team-racing friendly against Clifton College on the afternoon of 11 th November. They are also running their usual End of term Regatta on 9 th December. Both are open to other schools and OSC - our Fevas are available to use for Club members. Contact Julian Pearson (or membership@...and we'll pass on the message) as early as possible.

    Parking Charges From 1st October (Update: still free as of 14 October - payment machine not working!)

    Annual member passes from TW Office. Otherwise, pay on exit by putting your ticket in the pay machine near the path up to Clubhouse, then putting it in the slot on the exit barrier. First 45 minutes free, then £2 for exit, contactless card only.

    Farmoor Flyers Regatta, Results and video

    Absolutely stunning conditions, perhap a little more wind would have helped, but that didn't matter for the annual end of season Flyers Regatta, BBQ and awards ceremony. Vicki Nash arrived in the Nick of time having bailed out of a London meeting, and absolutely nailed the course and romped as home the overall winner.     Thanks to all those who worked on and sailed in the British Youth Sailing South Zone Regional Junior Dinghy Champs. 140 boats, of which 89 Championship and 31 Coached Regatta fleet.
