Renewals for 2026-27 are now open — thank you for being part of Oxford Sailing Club!
Quite simply, the Club exists because of its members, and were delighted youre renewing.
Oxford SC relies on member help to run safe, enjoyable activities. This means that were all required to offer our services to help the club run efficiently, whether this is for race duties or simply volunteering your time for other activities. There are of course options or exemptions available — reflecting that we now serve racers, windsurfers, wingfoilers, social sailors, and non-sailing members alike.
Early Bird Discount
All renewal prices shown already include the 5% early bird discount. This discount ends on 1 April, after which full rates apply.
Before You Start

Ready to Renew?
Use the buttons below to:
- Log in to the Members Portal, or
- Go straight to the renewal page if youre already logged in.
To complete your renewal, youll need to:
- Confirm your membership, and
- Confirm your berth or board locker,
- Generate your invoice, and
- Choose your payment method
(Again — the video makes this much easier!)
Valuables Lockers
If you rent a valuables locker, the fee will automatically appear on your account.
Not Renewing or Changing Membership Type?

RFID Tokens for Club Access
Our morning/evening locking uses automated access, and from 2025 access to the changing rooms / toilets has also been restricted to members only.
- Tokens are available for collection from the office
- If you already have one, it will continue to work once you have renewed
- New members will as usual receive theirs in due course
- Tokens are not required for daytime clubhouse access at present
The office will be staffed around Sunday Club racing for collections.
Parking Season Ticket Cards (Thames Water)
Thames Water, at some point, may eventually issue the exitbarrier cards. Note: As of February 2026, the barrier still isnt operational.
When running normally:
- Exiting without a card costs £2
- Cards cost £15 for OSC members
- Cards are issued from the Rangers office (they hold a list of primary members)
- Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue
Experience suggests its best to wait until is active before getting a card.
If you haven't logged in for a while, you'll need to agree our Ts & Cs before you can access the renewal form. If you've already done this then you'll can go straight to the renewal page.
