Renew
Renewing your Membership? Renewals for 2024-25 are now open.
That's great, thank you. Quite simply, without members we don't have a Club.
Click the buttons below to take you to the Members portal login or, if you are already logged in to go directly to the renew page. You'll need to actively confirm your membership renewal and your berth/ board locker renewal in order to generate an invoice to pay, and to choose a payment method. Please take a few minutes to watch the renew video before you start the process.
Valuables locker: If you have a valuables locker, you should see the charge on your account.
Not renewing, or changing membership category?: If you need to change your membership type, or you are not renewing, please tell us via membership@oxfordsailingclub.com
Parking season ticket cards: Thames Water have taken over issue of cards for the exit barrier, which is not working as of February 2024. When the barrier is working, an exit without card will cost £2. The cost of the cards is £15.00 for OSC members, cards will be issued from the Rangers' office which has a list of primary members (names only). They have assured us that sufficient staff will be on hand to handle the initial issue. Cards will be valid for 12 months from whenever issued, but experience shows that it's better to wait until barrier faults are fixed and they are operational.
RFID Tokens for Club Access: Some of you will be aware that morning and evening locking uses an automatic system. We are making tokens available now for members to collect in preparation for more controlled access to the clubhouse, though practical considerations mean it will be a while before this next stage is operational. I you don't have it already, there should be an envelope with your name on it in a box in the Club office and new members may collect one in due course - they are not currently needed for daytime access. We'll be staffing the office as usual around Sunday Club racing.
If you haven't logged in for a while, you'll need to agree our Ts & Cs before you can access the renewal form. If you've already done this then you'll can go straight to the renewal page.
Please take a look at the renewal video first...
