Team 15 Inter-club Windsurfing
In booking, you:
a.) consent to (i.) your details being held by OSC (they will not be passed to other organisations). (ii.) any treatment or medication being administered where necessary and for transport to hospital and any necessary treatment being carried out. You will be notified as soon as possible of any such treatment. (iii.) the use of any photos taken by OSC for marketing & its website.
b.) confirm that (i.) the booked indivividual does not suffer from any medical condition which could affect their safety or others whilst taking part in this event. They may still be able to take part but we will need to assess each case on its merits. Please advise us in advance. (ii.) that if the booked individual is using their own boat/board, that it is is in good repair and has third party indemnity cover of at least £2,000,000.00 (if applicable). A parent or carer will be on site for the entirety of the session. Will they be willing to help maintain social distancing at the beginning and end of the session? Please only book your child for this event if you are happy to do this.Please also read the following general instructions:
Covid We are under close scrutiny by Thames Water who are checking that 1m+ social distancing is being observed, including on the beach. All briefings to be outside please regardless of weather. Please obey instructions from Thames Water Rangers and OSC Directors who will have everyone's safety in mind. Buoyancy aids needed if you are helping on the beach.
Parking/Unloading Cars may go up to the reservoir only to unload under Thames Water rules cars and trailers must return to the car park within 10 minutes. Roadways and footpaths around the clubhouse must be kept clear at all times to allow people/cars/boats to move freely around the site.
Dogs are permitted only at car park level do not bring them up the ramp to the reservoir. There is a long countryside walk around the reservoir perimeter starting in the SE corner.
The Clubhouse Toilets are open but the changing rooms and showers must not be used.
Catering The Waterside Café will be open for take-away snacks, ice cream & drinks. Please be careful to dispose of rubbish in closed the wheelies so it doesn't blow round the site and annoy Thames Water and the ducks.
