Raceboard Coaching

Our Raceboard Coaching 2025 programme is open to all members to initially try a Raceboard and then develop their skills to the point where the Raceboard lifestyle of racing, cruising and all wind freesailing opens up to them.
Run every Wednesday evening throughout the summer, sessions will be held irrespective of the weather, with shoreside workshops held when appropriate, covering topics such as board, sail and rig design, tuning for the conditions, racing, coastal/river cruising, tides, weather and safety.
Run by RYA Instructors, Russ and Kerry and with a coach/rescue boat in attendance, sessions commence at 6.00pm whilst the galley and bar will be open for a sociable and inexpensive meal and beer once off the water.
A limited number of Club Raceboards are available so be sure to book early!

Raceboard Coaching Booking Information

Please arrive and be rigged and ready to go on the water by 6.00pm if possible….
Book your meal upon arrival with Rachel or Louise.
When booking, please select either Own Kit or Club Kit as an option.
