Oxford Blue, Saturday 18th February 2023 - Calling Competitors & Volunteers

Cold enough? Saturday 18th February sees the return of the Oxford Blue at OSC - Covid and storms Dennis and Eunice have conspired to keep us off the water for the past 3 Februarys, so this year it's definitely our turn. For those of you who haven't seen it before, this is the final event in the Selden Sailjuice Winter Series . The OSC event has had over 150 competitors in the past and the recent Bloody Mary event at QMSC saw very close to that number. Use the link above if you want to enter. OSC members will receive a 50% rebate on the entry fee (from OSC, not Sailjuice). The Notice Of Race is already on both websites and the Sailing Instructions will follow shortly.
Equally important is the volunteer support for this event, up there with the ET Youth Champs as one of OSC's big days. If you volunteered last year you'll be getting an email from us. Thanks to those who've already spotted the duty roster to be filled - we need PB2 and Safety Boat drivers (we aim to have 9 powerboats on the water), Start and Finish boat teams, Beach (trolley) marshals and car park marshals for arrivals.
