NOVICE AND CASUAL SAILING THIS SATURDAY

This free, fun event is open to everyone at the club, regardless of age or ability, with lots of prizes on offer all presented on the day!

If you are sailing in any of the training sessions at the club, this is a fantastic way to put into practice what you have learned and as everyone says, "The best way to improve  is time on the water." Perhaps you have been meaning to go out sailing, but have been putting it off. With a greater number of other sailors and safety boats on the water, it would be a great time to kickstart your summer. The conditions won't get better than we have got presently.

If you would like to try the Novice and casual sailing this Saturday, come along any time, the first fun race will be at 11:00 after a short briefing at 10:30 in front of the club house. If you would like to use a club boat, make sure you book it out, (you can do this via the mini tablet in the corridor of the club house), you may need to be early so that you don't miss out.

We will run two 20 minute races from 11:00 and then break for a well earned lunch in the café. There will be a further briefing at about 13:30, before we run two more races in the afternoon before we retire to the club house for the grand prize giving at about 15:15 ish. You don't have to do the whole day, just turn up and join in, all are welcome.
