Snug in the Club House

We have a rejuvenated 'Snug' for members to relax and enjoy a hot cupper during the winter months.

Thanks to the efforts of a small team of skilled and dedicated craftsmen; lead by our hardworking Commodore; what used to be a plain and isolated space at one end of the old bar, is now a vibrantly warm, cosy and relaxing place to sit and enjoy the company of like minded members.

Surrounded by members 'action' pictures on the walls encompassing all our sailing exploits at Oxford SC, nautical cushions adding a splash of colour to the chairs and tables to navigate your way around to view the well stocked bookshelves.

Well done to everyone involved in brightening up this little corner of the club. Just imagine what we could achieve if we multiplied the few into the many....
